Job Description: Admin Extraordinaire

Hey there! 🌟 We're a creative branding studio looking for an amazing person with mad admin skills to join our small-but-mighty team.

Here’s the deal:
We need someone to help us keep our creative chaos organized. You’ll be the magic behind onboarding new clients, scheduling blog and social media posts, sending out invoices, and keeping our client appointments running like clockwork.

But here’s the kicker:
We don’t just work with brands—we partner with organizations that are out there changing the world. Our clients are movers, shakers, and difference-makers, and we need someone who is on fire about supporting their missions through the work we do.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming and onboarding our fabulous, world-changing clients with a warm smile (virtually, of course).

• Scheduling social media and blog posts—we’ll provide the content, you make it happen.

• Sending out invoices and making sure we don’t forget to get paid (because changing the world isn’t free!).

• Keeping track of our client schedules so nobody gets double-booked (we love an organized calendar).

• Being the cheerful glue that holds everything together when we’re deep in our creative bubble.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone fun, friendly, and organized.

• A natural communicator who’s comfortable working remotely.

• Someone with a passion for making the world a better place, even in small ways.

• Basic know-how with tools like Google Calendar, invoicing software, and social media schedulers (we’ll teach you if you’re not a pro!).

• A flexible schedule—work when it works for you, as long as the job gets done.

The nitty-gritty:

• 5 to 10 hours a week (based on work load)

• 80% remote

• Hours are completely flexible.

• Starting at $15/hour
