Welcome to your graphic design journey!

This page outlines the phases of our project, what to expect, and your role in each step.

Our goal is to make this
collaboration smooth, transparent, and ultimately successful.

Phase 1:
Scope, Concept, and Expectations

  • Scope Details:

    • We will confirm the list of deliverables together, including the quantity, formats, sizes, and any material requirements.

  • Concept Exploration:

    • We’ll discuss design concepts. This will be a chance to narrow down the project’s overall theme and direction, ensuring we’re aligned on the vision.

  • Expectations:

    • Google Drive Access: You’ll be introduced to the Google Drive setup, where all project files are stored. There will be folders for content submissions, project updates, and drafts.

    • Drafts and Revisions: You’ll be able to view new drafts in the designated folder on Google Drive. Regular updates will be shared here.

    • Communication: I will respond to messages within 48 hours.

Phase 1.5
Content Collection

  • Client Responsibility for Content:

    • Please provide all text and images that will be part of the design. For consistency, content should be submitted as Google Docs in the shared project folder.

    • For specific items like postcards or flyers, a template Google Doc will be provided. This will guide you on structuring content, ensuring clear information architecture and hierarchy.

Phase 2
Design Review 1: Moodboards and Concept Selection

  • Presentation of Moodboards:

    • We’ll present a moodboard of design concepts based on our initial discussion. This will include color schemes, visual styles, and inspiration elements.

  • Finalizing Direction and Content:

    • We’ll collect feedback on the moodboards, which will help finalize our direction.

    • By this point, the final versions of text, images, and deliverable sizes will in the Google Drive. Any changes to text, images, or the size of deliverables after this point that require design adjustments will have a fee of $150 per change.

Phase 3
Design Review 2: Style Refinement and Edits

  • Refinement of Design:

    • With the main style set, we’ll review the designs together and make adjustments focused on grammar, minor content tweaks, and aesthetic refinements. This is the stage where we perfect the details without major alterations.

Phase 4
Final Design Delivery

  • Delivery of Final Files:

    • Once approved, the final design files will be uploaded to Google Drive, prepared in formats suitable for web or print as needed.

  • Project Completion and Payment:

    • The remaining balance on the invoice will be due one week after the final designs are delivered. We hope you’re thrilled with the results!

Thank you for partnering on this creative journey! Looking forward to bringing your vision to life with you.
